Written Consent According to EU-GDPR

The personal data specified in the contract, in particular name, date and place of birth and address, which are necessary for the sole purpose of carrying out the contractual relationship, are charged on the basis of statutory rights. Any further use of personal data and the collection of additional information requires the consent of the person concerned (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). You can voluntarily grant such consent in the following section.

The photographed declares his consent to the unpaid use of the photographs of his person for the purposes described above. A use of photographic images for purposes other than those described or placing on the market by transfer of the images to third parties is prohibited. The photographed has received and noted the “Information document on the collection of personal data in the context of the use of photographs in accordance with Art. 13 GDPR” (EU General Data Protection Regulation). This consent is voluntary. If it is not granted, there are no disadvantages. This consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.

In accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, you are at any time entitled to request from wanderlensed.com (Nicolas Tedjadharma Fotografie) extensive information on the data stored about your person.

Pursuant to Article 17 of the GDPR, you can at any time request the correction, erasure and blocking of individual personal data towards wanderlensed.com (Nicolas Tedjadharma Fotografie).

Moreover, you can make use of your right of objection at any time without stating reasons and modify or revoke the given declaration of consent with effect for the future. You can submit the cancellation either by post, by e-mail or by fax to the contracting party. You will incur no other costs than the postage costs or the transmission costs according to the existing base rates.

Recipients of the personal data processed include: Nicolas Tedjadharma (Photographer and owner of Nicolas Tedjadharma Fotografie), visitor of wanderlensed.com, user of the social media platform Instagram or visitor of Instagram account @wanderlensed

Transfer to a third country is not planned.

7. Duration of storage

The photographs taken by the photograph will be stored as long as long as the purpose of processing the personal data is still relevant. The photographed will be informed immediately as soon as the purpose changes.

You may revoke your consent at any time with future effect. Please address your revocation to the responsible person mentioned above.

11. Provision of Personal Information Required

The provision of the personal data is needed in order for the service to be delivered. Failure to provide those personal data will lead to the contract cancellation.
